​​​If you would like to volunteer in the classroom, be a class coordinator, attend an excursion, help at a sports carnival or help out in the tuckshop you are required to complete the Volunteer Induction online training. This Volunteer Induction online training is a requirement for each new school year, for all parents/carers/grandparents who wish to volunteer their time at Sacred Heart. The Volunteer Induction is completed online and once completed, you will then be required to print out the Volunteer Registration Form. Please complete, sign and date the form and hand in to the school office. The Volunteer Registration Form is only available once you have completed the online induction. The registration forms are not available from the office. Any volunteering within the school is subject to COVID-19 guidelines as advised to us by Queensland Health and Brisbane Catholic Education and may change at any time.

Those wishing to volunteer, who are not parents of a child attending Sacred Heart, must either have a Positive Notice Blue Card Registration Number or an Exemption Card Registration Number. Please note that a copy of the current Blue Card or Exemption Card must be attached to the Volunteer Registration Form. It is also a requirement that you are fully vaccinated.
